terrible service, vickie the head cashier at the harbison location was to blame. Personally this is why i always shop at lowes. not just because Tony Stweart likes to run people over and Jimmy Johnson wins every race he runs, but because the service from Vickie Pressley at the harbison location was absolutley atrocious.
Needed household gloves..a dimmer switch..and copper scrubbies..You beat out Lowes on price and selection for all three items! They had no copper scrubbies..3m brand..is what i bought..at H D..dimmer repl switch was a dollar less at HD..glove selection was extensive and your early a.m. staff were very nice!

My daughter and I went to a DIH workshop and had just the best time! The atmosphere was wonderful! Questions were thoroughly answered. Hands on explanations given. Team building for sure! I loved this so much! Definitely doing this again!
Very difficult to deal with with a simple refund. I bought 50.1 oil mixture by mistake instead of 40.1. Didn’t have receipt. Would not give refund. 50.1 cost $1.97 and 40.1 cost $2.49. I would owe them money but would not take care of this. I see people bring back dead plants and get refunds or exchanges
I bought a washer from HOME DEPOT and was given a delivery date of Wed. Dec. 20th (today), well we got a call last night saying they couldn’t deliver the item until Dec. 26th. The reason, It didn’t make it to delivery place on time to put on the truck for delivery on Wednesday. Now you would think that since it missed the delivery time that the washer would be put on the truck for Thursday’s delivery the next day, NO, they put us down for the next available deliver date. Home Depot's products are, on average, good quality. It is difficult to locate some things items in the store. Most of the staff is far from knowledgeable about their products. Self check-out? Had to be created by the devil. So frustrating. NEVER works.
