We shop at The Home Depot fairly regularly, but they really impressed us today. My wife bought me a $199 Charbroil grill on Friday for Fathers Day. We went to pick it up today and they didn't actually have the one she paid for in stock. To make it right, they gave us a comparable Brinkman, a $299 grill, for the same price. They very easily could have just given us a refund and apologized. Instead, they decided to go above and beyond to make it right. Thank you very much Home Depot. We will gladly continue shopping with you.
