Not sure what has happened to Home Depot but will hesitate to go back. 4 associates later who are doing nothing but standing around, a request at checkout to have someone grab an item from the highrise above because no one has taken the time to bring product down to the shelves and 40 minutes waiting, grabbed the ladder and pulled it myself only to be told "oh an associate should be the only one in the ladders" yep, your right but unfortunately your associates are too busy chatting to help customers. Terrible service took over 45 minutes to find somebody to drive a forklift to load me. I will not be returning there ever again

just spent 45 min there, 3 people asked if they could help us, 10 ignored us. No cashiers at all. won't be back.

Literally the worst customer service from beginning to end. We bought our lawn mower on the 3rd they screwed up multiple times then made it to sound like it was a normal thing. So we finally get it on the 15th and they weren't paying attention when putting it together and fried the wires and when we went to return it we completely got intentionally ignored. Will never shop there for anything.
that place are suck! No help around I need I tried find product but search find help and I went desk ask where is product and that person don't where is it then person call other person come help me in 30 min long wait so forget this place suck need more helper. I recommend Lowe's are best more around help without wait for it.
I have never seen the CUSTOMER SERVICE we received at Home Depot today!!!! A young man named Jerek was unbelievable! He greeted us, helped us find the cabinet we wanted. He discounted it because it was dented. We needed several other things and EACH time he said I can help you with that. He knew about every item we got. I mean he knew the products and asked questions that helped to get the correct thing for our needs. NOT DONE YET! This young man escorted us to the checkout and ASKED who will check these customers.
