I waited for help for 10 minutes just to find an item and no one came to help me. I called back to see if they could help me that way and waited 19 minutes. No one came to the phone.
Home Depot advertises that they meet competitor prices. No, they don't. H H Gregg was happy to meet the price and take my money. And, they were a sure more pleasant to work with.
We can always find what we need at Home Depot and my granddaughter has been going to the (free) Kids Workshop the first Saturday of the month. They learn how to use tools, follow directions and be creative. She looks forward to it every month. The employees are very helpful.
Well organized and great customer service. Price are very comparable if not even lower than the competition.
Poor service while purchasing door, then when it came installation day the guy put in wrong measurements so they brought the wrong door. Now I have to wait...AGAIN. I will never shop HD again. I don't recommend paying 127 for installation when it can't even be done right!
