Alphonso in the Lumber Dept is AWESOME.........Really great work he did for us! And Alan at the Checkout is a true asset to the company....... 2 great people there!!.........z
The fat guy in tool rental was so rude, he screamed at us because their tool we rented yesterday didn't work and I am pretty sure he was blaming us for the tool malfunction. Regardless, he literally screamed at us and we tried to find a manager to complain about the horrible way we were treated, we were told he may not even be in the store. It was dirty and unkempt and I, for one, will never go there again. Do yourself a favor and go to Lowes, where you are treated like a customer and not a bother. �
Aisle lay out terrible. We checked online for an item. Website said they had 5 in the store. We get there and of course there were none in stock. Not enough employees to help customers. Won't go back
Boo to you Home Depot .... Fire a 14 year employee after being assaulted at the Customer Service Desk by a customer...... Boycott Home Depot .... Especially this store .. If this is how Home Depot takes care of its employees .... Please share your stories
I went in looking for a wet dry vac that was on Christmas special it showed one in stock and Jorge would not stop until he found it for me thank you so much!!

I called about the inserts that go inside of your buckets , so I can make the Home Depot bucket air conditioner , and I'm in Palm Springs only to find out you don't carry them in the stores you have to order them over the internet which I think is total bullshit I can buy all the parts I want to any place else , so if you don't carry the inserts for your buckets why would I buy the rest of the parts from you, makes sense get with the program and put these in your stores
