My trip to Home Depot was an even better than expected experience. I had ordered the items I needed online for pickup at the Palm Springs location. I received an email from them within 3 hours that the items were ready for pick up. I arrived and pulled into one of the designated pickup parking spaces. There was an employee wearing a mask waiting to assist me the moment I stopped. I showed him my email with my order number. Several bad experiences : 1) special order delivery date off by 2 weeks 2) phone is never picked up. Had to drive over to store to talk to someone. 3) When I found in store help they argued with me about I store availability. After several store people argued with me Natalie found the item. We purchased and set time to pick it up next day at an appointed time. Guess what— wasn’t ready for several hours after that. In the future I will spend where it’s appreciated
They could answer their phone. 28 minutes of ringing so far. THE WORST.

Got my address wrong, Nicole Gonzalez patiently helped me and did a lot of research and found everything,corrected it and not once did she get frustrated or give me ant type of attitude for it being so complicated. We had a nice conversation and she even wished me a Happy New Year after spending so much time with me, with a smile. Made the mix up seem pleasing with her presence. Thank You 🙏🏼 Eileen Soto
