Awful customer service. Ask to have some wire cut in electrical. Got blown off by the same guy twice (who works at the cust service desk), asked 2 other people and got ignored, finally asked 1 more person and she complained she had 10 other things to do but 'I guess I'll go cut wire for you now'. I replied thanks, but I'll go elsewhere. If you don't want to help customers, then get a job digging ditches folks.
Just have to put this out there... Home Depot's flooring department in Trussville, AL "SUCKS!" I paid an "up front" amount quoted for tile and installation and once the flooring specialist arrived they requested an additional amount ($1000) to do the job!! I'm sticking with Lowe's from now on!!
