I have been waiting for my appliances for over a month, and I’ve been rescheduled twice. 1st reschedule was because of a back order, It’s all good! 2nd reschedule was because “they forgot to put my appliances on the truck” the day before delivery. Home Depot is starting to get as bad as Lowe’s.

Home Depot has twice now, failed to manage the curbside pick-up that they had promised.. I know it is new and there are kinks to work out, but being able to hire enough staff should be no problem now. Since the pandemic, their profits have been triple what they normally were and there are more people looking for work now than ever before. Just so you know, curbside pickup is not working. Don’t depend on doing that. I was on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up and went inside.

Run don't walk away from this store. They lie, they don't return phone calls, YOU WILL DIE on hold it takes so long to get anyone to answer their phone. We bought carpet for the entire bottom floor of our home. The installation, furniture moving, and disposal of the old carpet was supposed to be included. We also paid extra for them to move 3 pieces that is not normally included in their "furniture moving". Paid cash they never installed we had to find someone else to do the job. The employees are very helpful and go the extra mile.
Went to your store today and have to say where are all the workers? No help in any department and I was not the only customer looking for help. Asked a worker I did find where I could find a replacement blind while showing her my broken one, and she said, "I don't even know what that is". So walked out, guess Ill try Lowes.
