I ordered a washer and dryer on April 6th from Home Depot for $1,278.36 and they got my address wrong. I tried to give them the correct address numerous times and they kept passing me from line to line to just hang up on me . Beware of Home Depot and their so called Replacement Warranty. I bought a DW 18gauge Narrow Crown Staple gun on 11/14/17. For $109.00 paid an additional $18.00 for a 2yr. Replacement Warranty. When the gun quit working took it to my Brunswick Store and was told they would have to ship it off and it would take 4-6 weeks for it to either be repaired or replaced. This is ridelous. I have never witnessed such horrible service when u buy appliances. They deliver them beat up and takes over a month to get them replaced. But still haven’t arrived.
I have spent a few million dollars in Home Depot over the past 20 years, I have had nothing but good things to say in all of those years. I have traveled all over the place for work and have never been let down...until yesterday. I waited for 45 minutes to be helped, one employee did try her best to find someone to assist me. Cudo's to her. This is not an employee problem, this is a management problem and the Corporate office needs to step in.
