My husband and I visited the Home Depot on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. We are currently in the process of a complete home renovation and have had multiple things cut at this store. Tonight we went in to have more cuts made and patiently waited over 15 minutes for an associate from the lumber department to meet us at the cutting station. Thankful They stepped up to the plate & delivered my drier. I ordered a week ago & delivery was a little slow “a week later”! My Drier showed up & it was broke from factory. After calling, they had a new drier here within a couple hours. Thank you again, The Balsbaugh family will be back.
I had 2 gallons of PPG one coat paint ($35.98 per gal.) and the color that we selected was not the color of paint that ended up when we painted a section on the wall. I went back to Mechanicsburg and the CSR told me that the paint was not returnable. I explained that the color (as painted on the wall) was not the color that I selected. She told me that my only option was to have the paint department darken the paint, otherwise I was SOL. Don't EVER apply for the credit card or fall for one of their 'Promotions.' 6 months no interest, actually means, pay the balance in full, or all the interest you weren't supposed to be paying, gets added to your balance and capped. Nothing but thieves.
I always have a good experience with Home Depot. Yesterday I had to return a chain saw that fell apart on first use. They took it back even though we were outside the 30 days. I turned around & bought a nicer chainsaw so it was a win win. Great customer service!
