My son and I had a wonderful experience with Scott in store today. Scott was extremely helpful and my son left so happy he had everything he needed to build his kitty's hiding box.

I am writing this review for my 65 year old father-in-law, Jim, who is on oxygen and does not have access to the internet. On September 6, 2020 around 10:45 he entered the Mechanicsburg PA store and spent $739.72 on 3 sheets of T 1 5/8 siding, 20 gallons of deck stain and a few other odds and ends. Because Jim is on oxygen, his wife was pushing the cart while he went a head of her to the cutting station to see if someone would cut the sheets for him. July 6th 2020. This store is not requiring masks to be worn by customers. I entered the store wearing a mask, noticed several clients not wearing masks and asked an employee wearing a mask if they were required and she said ‘no, we don’t require our clients to wear a mask!’ The Governor has mandated that masks be worn when outside of the home. Non compliance is a danger to our community. I won’t shop here any longer.

Today I was in your store in Mechanicsburg, Pa when I witnessed a really nice Hispanic lady ask one of your employees for help with something in the pest section that she was having a hard time finding. Rather then employee assisting her with good customer service he pointed at all the pest control supplies and said over there as she attempted so hard to explain to him what she was looking for and that she needed help he blatantly ignored her request for help pointed at the pest control stuff as if she wasn't already looking... read more

My fiancé and I are in the process of buying a home. Along with buying the home we also have to purchase all new appliances. Home Depot had great appliance deals for Memorial Day , lasting through June 3. On May 27th I placed an order for an entire kitchen bundle along with a washer and dryer set. Asked a question about chainsaw pricing. Got a lecture from Steven -- a guy who can't even figure out how to wear a facemask. Hint: if I can see both your mouth and nose, you're not doing it right -- about US government macroeconomic policy, but never got an answer to my question.

I just sent my wife to your store to get an order for me which included getting two pieces of birch plywood cut into 4 pieces she found not find anyone that was willing to help her get the proper cart nor anyone to help her put it onto the cart to get to the saw . She made several other purchases which were over 200.00 dollars which we make on a almost daily basis she said she recognized no one at the store and when it finally time to load fortunately there were to girls helped her load our purchase.
