This store has the best manager ever. I went looking for something to finish a sentimental project and Ed helped me find exactly what I needed. Big store with small local hardware store service. He understands the value of customer service!

Took in my back pack blower to be exchanged. After less then a year wouldn’t run. Home Depot does not stand behind the product they sell. They said they could send it away to be serviced. And I could have it back it 6-8 weeks. Lowe’s, on the other hand does stand behind the products they sell. And their exchange policy is the length of the product warranty. Zero stars. On May 5, 2018, I signed a contract to have Home Depot install siding on my house. I used the Home Depot credit card option and I’ve made three payments so far, but I’ve yet to be contacted regarding an installation date. After sending an email to inquire about the job, I received one phone call explaining that someone had gotten injured but they were working to find another installer. I had to send a letter to corporate after my experience on Memorial Day. I've only ever had a handful of good staff here and the ones who are this isn't directed towards. Def need to work on customer appreciation. Taking my business to Lowes going further.
