Great experience in Harrisburg. Hal was a great help and knowledgeable about the refrigerators and washers and dryers. He took care of us and got us all set for delivery.
The store is great but I feel like the male employees can be rather rude and condescending to female customers. My sister and I went in to purchase paint for a project and the employee seemed annoyed with us. He was talking to us like we were preschoolers. Sadly it wasn't the first time I've felt that way. Their employees always approach my husband and engage in conversation with him even if I am the one who is making a purchase and overseeing a home improvement project.
Good price good service friendly people have everything you need
I purchased a refrigerator and it took 3 attempts (truck issues, delivery men cut main water line to refrigerator) before I received this appliance. $150 is all my frustration is worth to them. I missed my son's 1st bodybuilding competition waiting for the 2nd delivery. I emptied the old refrigerator 3 times so I could be ready when the appliance came.
