Horrible experience at this store. Worst customer service I have ever had at a retailer. I work retail and this store does not take care of their customers. The store strung me along for months in an issue I had with a door I purchased last year. They said it was installed wrong so I had a different installer re install the door. Same issues. Up until Friday Home Depot has been our go to store for everything from appliances to tools and yard things. I am re- doing my master bath and had every intention of getting my ceramic wall tile, floor tile vanities counter tops faucets and paint there but when I found the vanity I wanted I asked the employee if I could look at it. He took the cardboard cover off and there were several scratches and a gouge in it and that was the last one they had. Well folks, I have to vent. 13 years ago I had a huge kitchen installed by HOME DEPOT. It was a wonderful experience. Everything went smooth and it was perfect. So, having said that, we went back to them to have another kitchen done at the place we are renovating. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! It has been 6 months and they are still not done. From broken parts being sent from their distributers, to delivery men who 3 times now forgot things in the warehouse, to installers who can't finish their jobs because everything the store was sup... read more
