Just bought a bunch of wood and insulation- great service
Service the customer. Purchased two exterior doors to be installed. Waited 3.5 months and the day before installing the installer City Door canceled and they can't reschedule for another 2 months.
I stood in the plumbing aisle for over 22 minutes. I asked 3 separate employees to get some PVC cut for a purchase. 2 said they called the person for plumbing and they would be right over. The 3rd said he called th manager and he would be right over. After 22 minutes, someone shows up and helps someone else. Plenty of other places to buy PVC I guess. Poor job Home Depot.
Yes Get A Hot dog stand asap
My husband went there yesterday because we had trouble with our hot water heater. Asked for the plumbing guy and when my husband told him the problem he replied "well he somethimes has trouble with his cell phone." REALLY? Thank goodness he turned around and walked right out and went to Lowes.
Karl the young man that helped us was amazing. You don't get customer service like that often in this day and age! We went to buy a washer and left with a washer and dryer! Pleased with over all so far!! Delivery Wednesday!!
My only disappointment was that they do not have a hot dog stand!
