Rented a Rug Doctor for the purpose of cleaning carpet the day before a final walk-thru inspection. Unit died after about 15 minutes of use. Walk thru inspection is at 8:30 AM | Thank you for assuming the equipment was in functioning order....you may have cost me a $675 security deposit because now I’m out of time.
Screwed us twice, in whole house carpet replacement!

Oh Jeez, where to start. It is Labor Day weekend. A good enough sale for us to come out for some big ticket items. Where are the appliance people? Not at Home Depot - that's for sure! I could go on but why? It's a one star review not worth my time to go on and on. The two people that were not management, Reece and Ramon, were fantastic. They get the star. Home Depot @ Lake Orion - you get no star from me.
Way...way better than Auburn Hills!....but overall....Home Depot in general has evolved to treating their customers like CRAP!....I’d rather pay more at ACE and get their full attention,...
