Have respect for people's time - I never received my order and wasted all day sitting at home and lost entire day wages to get nothing but further behind and a very rude manager name Jill who called me to tell me to make my complaint to the online order people (who is the people who called the store directly to deal with this issue). This store is awful. I bought a grill/smoker from this location only to have the paint burn off INSIDE THE GRILL when trying to smoke some chicken. I noticed an odd chemical smell, and when I opened the smoke box the paint was bubbling and flaking off. YOU CAN SEE THE PAINT CHIPS ON MY FOOD! I brought the item back to the store and the manager would only offer to return the grill. No refund for me putting it together. No refund for my food still on the grill. Anna in flooring was the absolute best Home Depot employee I have ever come across. and I am a regular. Took the time to go the extra mile. really cares. and also not afraid to work so hard. Amazing employees at this store. I will drive out of my way to come here everytime. knowledgable, caring,hard working, and never afraid to get their hands dirty. Especially Anna, you blew me away. I would hire you in a second if I could! -sincerely the pregnant lady with 2 kids.
you should not bec able to sell everything on your shelves while others selling similar products are shut down
