Why is it that everytime I go into The Home Depot in Beaumont I leave feeling frustrated and annoyed. I spent 25 mins trying to get some assistance. I asked 3 employees if they can call someone who could help. The first one did nothing about it. 10 minutes later the 2nd actually called on the intercom. Waited, 10 more minutes and nothing. Asked the 3rd employee, after calling someone she actually waited until they showed up. The customer service at this place sucks. Sketchy people in the parking lot. Maybe security needs to step up patrol. My plants look great. Service was wonderful.
Went to buy a wreath and your store had a huge selection and we finally settled on a pretty one. Looked at the trees that grow and they are amazing. Loved Santa at the door and thought that was a really nice touch of the store! Happy Holidays!
