When visiting this store today to purchase a wheelbarrow, I observed two older women harassing a male employee for attempting to enforce their no-solicitation policy. Both he and the manager who eventually had to involve himself remained calm, polite, and composed despite having their personal space violated by these women and being berated for quite some time. I have to give them credit for handling the situation objectively and professionally by citing store policy despite the women becoming increasingly hostile.
