Appatently, the store manager is more concerned with liberal feelings than God. Piece of shit made an employee tape over the word pray on a pendant.
Your employees need to ALL get on the same page. Yesterday we bought $800.00 worth of supplies and was given the military discount using my husbands CHL/military status ID. Today we had to go back for a little more supplies and our cashier said the ID was insufficient and they only accept 3 ID's showing veteran status and that this was not one of them. We are confused since this is a government issued ID with his veteran endorsement which they still require a copy of your DD-214 to issue this ID. #neverhadaproblematlowes
Customer service is non exsistent. 6 employees standing in the paint department talking to one another and we still had to wait 10 + minutes to have paint shook. Then when checking out JasmineYEA (that is what her apron said her name is) and spending $1,000 (several times a week for a year now) she didn't mumble one single word to us in the beginning, during or end of our transaction.
