They delivered a washer and dryer to my home today. The two men said my washer pipes were “leaking” and their “plumber” would come out free of charge and fix the pipes and haul my old ones away. THIS IS A SCAM. Not only did I pay for the haul away I also paid for the hoses so they were supposed to install it. They were trying to side hustle and if Home Depot does business like that and let’s criminals get one over on their customers I will never do business with them again. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED FROM THIS STORE.

Pathetic experience there just now. Been in line forever! Not enough cashiers yet employees wandering aimlessly. It's so bad no one can get around. No manager in sight.
that the lumber guys are good help
yesterday when I was there to pick up my toilet I had ordered online a man tried to come on whom said he had corona virus and was wearing a mask with hospital bands around his wrist. the young man helping me rushed me to the other end of home depot and got me safe away and loaded up. that gentleman is a hard kind hard worker and I pray the man really did not have the virus. v
Called at 5:50pm to pay for a phone sale. Guy put me on hold and said someone would be right with me. Another person picked up at 6:02 and said I couldn’t pay over the phone, the people who do that leave at 6. Bye

Well, this place is not safe, there is a car or truck stolen almost every week. They don't have any camaras at the parking lot, that make everything easy for thieves. GO TO LOWE'S Never go again at this place.
