There’s so much employees and customers not wearing masks, and social distancing doesn’t exist at this store.
Special ordered a front door in February. It is June as still waiting for someone to call. We asked if we could pick up, cancel, but can't even get a person to call back with answers. We are in "the system" whatever that means but out $1600.
placed an order for 20 wall blocks 2 days ago, still waiting for them to pull it. you can bet I was charged right away though 🤬

I ordered a $15 portable safe online (not even a big item or a huge deal) on June 20th for store pickup. I tracked my package and it said it arrived at the store the 22nd. I contacted someone and asked when it would be ready for pickup and was told my item did arrive, but has been sitting on the truck and not ready for pickup yet. Make sure the price that rings up is the price marked or what the sign says, especially on seasonal items. On more than a couple of occasions I was charged more than what the sign/advertised price was. Last time this happened I mentioned it to the cashier and was told that it happens all the time, they forget to change the prices.

Ordered a large air conditioner delivered to the store. Best price available and it arrived quickly. We had to rent a Home Depot truck to bring it home, and that was cheap and easy too.
