The plumbing department is in deplorable shape. Please get someone who knows plumbing to restock. I can't find basic supplies. I've been using Lowes out of my way but always stocked. If you go to the store and its always out of what you need you might as well go somewhere else first. 2" and 1.1/2" PVC has been in poor shape for a year. Sad state for a home supply business. Please let me know if you fix this. I would like to start using Depot again.
Tony in the Paint Department was wonderful... He actually stopped what he was doing after I asked him a question about where to find small sponges to clean a tub with, he walked me over to another department and showed me where they were. I could tell he was eager to assist me without giving a second thought about it not being in his department. The customer service in Home Depot is always exceptional this is the reason why I come here before I would ever go to Lowe's.
Had the worst delivery service of my life. 1st told me they could not find the house, and stated sometimes GPS doesn't work. Then on the new delivery date they gave me a window and called 10hrs prior saying they are 20 minutes away. Had to change the whole day just to ensure I got the delivery I should have had last week.
