I am a veteran of the military I served for six years in the navy Home Depot like Lowe’s and other companies honored the military by giving them a discount two weeks ago for example I bought replacement windows from Home Depot and received a 10% discount like always today I went to Home Depot and they don’t honor my military card any longer because it doesn’t state “service connected” figure that out
I had the most wonderful experience last week in windows and doors with one of your employees. His name was Mr. Watson. I had ordered a replacement screen for my storm door and when I picked it up, I went to talk to a salesman about how to put it in. Mr. Watson was that person I talked to. He said it was very easy, but he also so my puzzled look. He said where do you live? I will come over after work and install for you free of charge and he did! I highly recommend spending the extra money you’re saving by shopping at Home Depot, and go to a reputable place that values their customer. Give your hard earned money to a business that prides themselves in taking care of the customer the way they themselves would want to be taken care of! lesson learned~
