I went to ask customer service where an item was. Was simply told the aisle and bay and let loose. Spent a good 20 minutes walking in the completely wrong direction combing every aisle and bay. Went again to ask. Told the same thing. Aisle and bay. Clearly I have no idea what im doing and walk in the completely wrong direction again. No one spoke up or could simply walk me? Always clean and have a good group of people to help.
Worst customer service. Thank you Tiffany for watching videos on your phone instead of helping a customer right away. And then had the nerve to look at your coworker who was helping another customer. Way to go Home Depot with poor customer service and employees who tarnish your brand.
Went to buy A water heater Friday night And could not get Home Depot associated to help me load it in back of truck. Which is sad when i have hernia so hard for me to lift any thing And after I got load it load in my truck. Associated came out and started talking about install home but it can't be on weekend and can't have stair way to walk.
Get an email telling me my order will ready to pick up after 2pm - show up the next day at 8am and wait an hour for the order to pulled
Everyone was helpful in helping me find what I need.
