This morning my husband went to Home Depot in Snellville to rent a pressure washer with a driveway and surface cleaner attachment. He rented it for a 24-hour period. The gentleman at the rental counter checked to make sure that the pressure washer unit worked before he left, but did not check to make sure that the driveway and surface cleaner attachment worked. ... This home depot is full of some of the most insufferable people. incredibly rude when asked a normal question. I constantly have a bad experience with the employees because they have no idea how to have customer service skills. stay away from scenic hwy home depot.
Third Party Delivery system for Appliance's is atrocious. Selecting appliances was great... But the delivery aspect has made it so I may never shop with Home Depot anymore for my business as well as personally.
The employees in the tool rental department are incompetent. I was over charged on a rug doctor and when I called them to get the matter settled I was met with unprofessionalism from the guy answering the phone.
We had a blast and everyone is super helpful
Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I shop there often. And I appreciate the children’s workshops held every first Saturday of the month. My grandchildren have learned tremendous skills using the hammer, screwdriver, paints and skills in organizing over the years we have been attending the workshops.

This store was very understaffed last weekend, and customers all over were having a hard time finding HD employees for assistance. After waiting quite some time in the flooring department, I walked down several aisles and found an employee named Oscar. Although he was not responsible for this department and admitted he was not an expert, he made sure we found the right people to help and that I left feeling well taken care of.
