Order from Home Depot if you want the wrong or defective items. Ordered a toilet with 12 inch rough in. Guess what got one that was a 10 inch rough in. Called customer service they sent me a new one. Guess what? Parts are missing and the bowl had a patch in it-clearly it was defective and was patched. Completely incompetent. Will never get one more thing from Home Depot. Total waste of time.
The customer service was beyond belief. I was lead to exactly where the item I was looking for was. The cashier flagged me down so they could process my purchase personally and the security doorman reminded me to take my receipt before I left. June organized a private session for my Girl Scout Troop to complete their Woodworking Badge. My son’s Boy Scout Pack joined us. June exceeded our expectations! She is wonderful and a pleasure to interact with! Thank you June!!
Not a fan....have been to Home Depots all over Long Island....the only one worse than this one is Farmingdale....
As far as depots this is hands down my least favorite. I always go there ( because it is closest to my home) with low expectations and more times than not they meet that low bar. Return lines are rediculous, staff ignores you or you get an attitude. Instead of closing the east meadow store, this one should have been closed. There are some staff members that are exceptional, but they are few and far between. I dont allow my daughters to go there after dark because of all the low lifes floating through the parking lot. Staff seems nice, but I wish just one time I could go here without some man in the parking lot asking me for change. One time I was with my daughter in the evening and after being asked for change the man followed us all the way to my car!
