Big store, lots of selection, and probably asked in four different departments if I was finding what I needed (or if I could use home help). Good customer service.
Bought 60+ bags of Mulch and had 3 stuff members putting it in the car in no time, thank you Home Depot
Carpet - purchased carpet after a remodel. When they installed it the scratched the new hard wood. When we brought it up the referenced the fine print in the contracts that they are not responsible for any damage.
DONT have them install you kitchen! Cabinets were delivered on 12/19 and sat in the garage til removal/install began about 3 weeks later. The laborers have been extremely rude. We are still waiting on the counter, which is due on 2/19. That means, no sink, which means no running water, garbage disposal or dishwasher...a damn nightmare
The delivery company that delivered doors my girlfriend ordered from the store ran over my neighbors mailbox. They are an older couple so I told them I would call the store and take care of everything. They didn't say anything to me, they just drove off after their delivery. Two gentleman from Comcast told to me after they were gone. They didn't even deliver all the materials that had been purchased, I had to pick them up.
