Racist toward Mexican's? Bad Management? Bad Employee? you decide!! Carpet order was not ordered by me but was placed under my name. Called to cancel this order and Home Depot Manager who took initial phone call said no restock fee no problem, than transferred me to flooring department where Megan tried to say I agreed to a 25% restock fee when I never signed anything at all. I have been working with decor (Barb) for motorized blinds for a few weeks. Started out ok they brought a Bali rep in to talk to me about hard wiring the power source for the blinds we nailed down a strategy and then I planned a finalized appt on 8/7 at 10:30 after calls everyday from Barb— I finally had to stop her from calling me all the time. so today I packed up the grandkid and headed over to my appt that we verbally confirmed ( she of course has a different version of that) got there at 10:30a and she said she didn’t g... read more

Had to dodge in to grab a 5 gal bucket of paint and I was afraid of hurting myself loading it into my car (have previous injuries making it very difficult). The cashier, Justin, was not only friendly - he immediately offered to put it into my car for me! I didn't expect that and it was a big relief for me. I wanted to make sure his management team knows how helpful he was. Thanks, Justin!

I am writing today to say "Thank you to manager Joelle" (hope i spelled her name correctly). She was very kind and most helpful....in an exchange of a stapler and went out of her way to help me and take care of the issue. Also, glad to see that this store is taking the covid 19 pandemic seriously! thank you again!

My curbside pickup from the Brighton store was not a good experience. I ordered curbside to avoid contact during the pandemic, and instead of limited contact I had an unmasked staff member have to speak with me through my car window (a distance of about 2 feet!) to get my order number, and then when they arrived with my order they did not allow proper space for me to safely open the back hatch of my vehicle! I will never use this home Depot again! By contrast, the Howell store took my order number over the phone when I arriv... read more

Joseph (In doors) was amazing tonight. So kind and knowledgeable. He sat there with us for 2.5 hours getting everything we needed, even tho he was supposed to be off work way before. He had the patience of a saint and tried to keep our 3 kids occupied. He didn’t rush anything and kept all his ducks in a row I was very impressed and pleased with his service. Sorry to his wife for keeping him late.

You would think with the size of The Home Depot store they could find somewhere to have the kids craft event that was not in front of the panel saw. They cannot cut anything for over two hours while the event is going on. Going to Lowes in Howell. Guess the rest of my supplies are coming from them.

The wood floor installation has been an absolute nightmare. Delivery to installation, we have dealt with only rude, mean contractors, who on multiples times, have not even shown up or given us notice that they were late or not coming. This has cost me so much time off work, only for the contractors to not come do their job. As I type this, the flooring installers who were supposed to be here today at 8 AM have not showed up-and it’s now noon. Literally unbelievable.
