Have never had a problem with the White Lake store.
Went in and meet department manager and he was fantastic. I have the uppermost confidence in Bobby Osborn in flooring and because of him I will continue to shop there. Very well represented was the white lake home depot

I had a great time in the plumbing aisle 11, Mike helped me and took me right to the water valve key I was looking for. A couple of your customers asked me some questions and since I worked in home centers from way back it was good to answer this one, the guy was going to use galvanized 3/4 inch pipe fittings for gas fittings, told him to use the black pipe fittings they were made for gas and plus the galvanize would come off from the gas and clog his gas orifices.
No help loading mulch. Waited an struggled myself. C.o.p.d. an 16 hernia surgerys
Horrible customer service...purchased a washer..wrong address on purchase order I was promised it would be corrected. ..washer was not delivered when promised..here a month later and they tried to deliver to incorrect address so we was told we would not receive the washer today..called to talk to manager and was promised he would get things corrected and he would call within an hour....hours and hours later still waiting on a call and still no washer....will not shop at Home Depot again
