we purchased our appliances in July of this year and did not get them till September. the #Samsung dishwasher was completely broken. we notify home depot and after going back and forth for over a month they said it was buyers remorse and only wanted to give us a third of our money back to put toward a new dishwasher. I will never buy anything again from that store. the management is a joke and will beat around the bush to avoid doing what's right and will give you every excuse to not do the right thing. 3 trips to Home Depot for plumbing parts for a new tub. All three times. I got the wrong parts because that is what the plumbing associate said would work. Home Depot has advertisements out there about their “Experts” yet spent time and money and got nowhere! Unless you know exactly what you need, don’t go to Home Depot.
We were just at the White Lake Home Depot, there is Zero social distancing, probably 1/4 of the customers not wearing masks, no one at the service desk wearing a mask, all they are doing is making people come out one end and go in another, other than that as usual it's all about the mighty dollar!
My company spends over $100k a year at this store. Today a female manager refused to load our trailer with wood and said we’d have to do it by hand. So hundreds of boards had to be loaded by hand, additional tie downs had to be purchased, and I waited over an hour. Absolutely shocked how awful the management is at this location. We will be taking 100% of our business to their direct competitor.

My experience working with Home Depot has been horrible. I needed two windows to be replaced in my home and started signed off on the order on November 6. Nearly, three months later, and I still do not have my windows. The problem is that I sold my condo in January and it is contingent upon me replacing these windows. Home Depot is aware of this but I never receive any updates unless I call them. Now, I need to hand the keys over on February 27th, and I am scared about what the new buyer will do. This particular one has very bad customer service.
The cashier in Customer Service that helped me today while paying my bill should be recognized. I left a $20 bill behind and she came to the parking lot to give it back to me. 😊
