Nine people walked by me with their little orange vests on purposely did not make eye contact while I was standing there trying to decide what to buy. One guy went by three times. No one ever ended up stopping in helping me, this is a theme there they need to fix that .
Time for me to Rant here a little bit. I bought and paid for new tile for the family room, kitchen and laundry room from The Home Depot. Mistake number one. Number two was letting their so called professional install it. Now granted I am and was not certain on what I wanted and changed my mind three time. Finally decided on the tile we wanted. Let me preface this with the fact that I have always been a HUGE Home Depot fan but the management at the Loveland store cares more about his bottom line than about standing behind the Home Depot good reputation. I DIY repair/fix-up houses to be used as rentals and Home Depot used to be my go-to for whatever I needed. However... The manager of this store (Del) should be fired! My six months pregnant daughter asked him for assistance in purchasing and loading a 60 pound bag of cement. He exploded at her, saying they had no loaders, then stomped off in a huff. Another disabled employee graciously offered to help her, even though he had a back injury and was not supposed to lift anything. Seriously this is customer service at its finest???
Have had a broken dryer for over 5 weeks now. Less than 3 years old and we bought the 5 year extended. Been given the run around by the service line and now store management. There is 1 service provider in our area and he has missed 4 appointments and the 1 time he showed up, 4 weeks later, he couldn't get it fixed. Been denied replacement 2 times because that provider says he is going to order new parts, but he never calls us.
