Went to the power tools section to purchase $600+ in new Milwaukee M18 fuel tools, waiting patiently for about 20 min as someone else was being help. I needed to get back to the job site so I politely asked the guy if they had a certain set I was looking for (sense they were not on the shelf) and the response was "I'm busy helping another costumer and you just wait!" Worst home improvement experience of my life courtesy of this store. Starting in March of 2017 I began the process of installing new carpet in my home. I requested samples from HD since I wanted to match the existing tile and paint in the house. Come May I still had not received the samples & the "promotion" for free installation was expiring. I don't know why I shop there either I don't think I will anymore. I was Told my grill was ready and I can pick it up at the service desk. I get to the desk and the after waiting over 20 minutes they said they can't find one, charging my credit card for the order. Store manager Suzetle was about as helpful as a box of rocks. Luckily There are other hardware stores in the area. Saving money at Menards
