As far as I can see, Home Depot doesn't give a crap about their customers. Very few people shopping or workers are wearing a mask. MENARDS IS REQUIRING THEM AND I NOW I'M GOING TO BE GOING THERE, AFTER I SWORE OFF MENARDS YEARS AGO. IT'S MY NEW HARDWARE STORE. I am immunocompromised (50's) and wear a mask. Recommendedbest store in the twin cities
came in 2 days in a row to buy washer and dryer, one time no one even tried to ask if I needed help, stood there trying to get someone for 15 mins and left, today stood there for 10 mins, one employee after 10 mins said "its gunna be awhile" and walked away. going to menards.
This store has the worse customer service of any store that I have ever had the misfortune dealing with. Ordered 2 doors the beginning of August and when they arrived both had been damaged. I was told a manager would call and tell me when the new doors would be in, never happened. Every employee I have spoken with has flat out lied to me. Won’t buy a bottle of water from this store if it was the last place on earth.
I’m in the process of selling my house and ordered new carpet from Home Depot. They shorted my order by 12 square feet. I explained I was planning on having my house on the market and asked for them to reorder the carpet ASAP. I was told it would take about 5 days. I asked for a supervisor to call me to follow up and give my an ETA. No one called me till a week later to say my order hasn’t even shipped yet. Completely disappointed.
