Went to get a light switch. I was unsure of which one to get. Asked for someone( 2 different times) to come to the isle and help...30 minuets went buy with no help. I had to leave. Went back about 2 hours later...same thing, no one around to help. Asked again (now 3rd time) for someone to page for help...no one ever came. I left...called to talk to the manager about it and was on hold for 10 minuets. I’m done with Home Depot. Thanks for zero customer service.
Slow, forklift driver had no clue how to operate it.
Awful customer service never going back again the manager need to learn how to solve a problem
Customer service level varies by department. So far the best service I've received was in the paint department. Whenever I need help with heavy items (shelving etc ) no is ever around. But overall, I like the store.
Despite the fact that my husband made a huge mess by spilling red paint on the floor, once I finally found someone to help us, they were very professional helpful and did their best to make my husband feel better. �
