We've been a month with no refrigerator. Paid a TON of money at Home Depot for a new one. Delivery we agreed on was the 23rd. Here we are at 9:30pm on the 22nd and they can't find our refrigerator to deliver it. 🤬😡🤬😡🤬 All I have to say is... Home Depot better make this right.. Because I'm one PISSED OFF customer!!!

store full of employees, but no one bothers to say hi, or ask if you need help. (they're too busy socializing) They force you to use the self check out ,says it's for social distancing and for everyone's health, but they dont sanitize the scanner that your forced to use.
Went to Home Depot at 6:15am. Leaving the parking lot it sounded like something was stuck on my tire. Apparently there was a ton of nails in the parking lot. There goes $500 to replace two tires. If you don’t want flat tires, I’d go somewhere else.
I’ve been going to this Home Depot for the better part of 10 years and at one point they had the best customer service. I’m not sure what has changed but their customer service has gone completely downhill. For the last two years I have been lied to, told it’s their way or no way, they no longer work to accommodate the customer. Just wanted to let y’all know DO NOT SHOP AT THIS HOME DEPOT. Today my sister & my mom went shopping to get some paint of her room. First of all the woman at the paint counter was very rude and acted like she just didn’t want to be there and very stand offish, so they took our paint and went on our way. We live about 3 minutes away & as soon as she took the turn on our street it spilled everywhere all over her backseat !
