We ordered online. They put my personal information on several other peoples orders and distributed my information to third party vendors who then called me to install items I did not purchase in homes I do not own across the county. After that I called to confirm that our order at least had the correct information. They said it did, but after spending HOURS on the phone and being hung up on by a Home Depot representative we realized our order was not going to be installed and returned it. Julie in appliances! Made my refrigerator buying a breeze!
The worst Home Depot in Austin just left up there no one could help me find a plumbing part. Asked two different employees neither one had a clue. Finally found them on my own and then got up to the cash register no cashiers only the self-service. One guy trying to check out 10 foot sections of PVC pipe and another older gentleman attempting to check out bags of concrete. Understaffed Poorly managed store
Shout-out to George, Eric, Adam and the guy in the red shirt for going above and beyond this evening in helping me with a project for my physical therapy internship. They not only donated all of the materials free of charge, but designed and built it. Words cannot express my gratitude for their generosity!
