Completely incompetent. They contracted a service for not only our family that they were unable to follow through on, but also another family member AND a friend on completely different protects. Usually I have grace for companies, we all get that mistakes happen right? But when I continuously see this happen to others around me, I can only assume they are completely out of their league as a business. I would highly recommend you look into other businesses for your home needs.
We didn't get much help, where it mattered, but the sales associate, Nicole, got my son, Oscar's attention, he's 19 months, and she was wonderful by letting him discover her hand scanner, and talking to him, and making him happy while waiting on Grandpa to run for a forgotten item. They really took a liking to each other, and it was really sweet! She made our 3 hr shopping trip better! Thank You, Nicole
If I can't find Bruce or mark I go home I still prefer HAD over Menards I bought touge and groved wood half had to be returned was all broken and big grooves from the binding 2 had to take a day off work to get my dish washer installed guy that came couldn't do it 3 got $6000.00 dollars worth of carpet installed they wouldn't move furniture like your add says had to hire people to do it carpet guys supposed to be there at noon got There at 3 didn't T finish till midnight took 2 days off work for that they left 2 rolls of old... read more
So disappointed with Home Depot in Burnsville,specifically the hardwood flooring depart. The new windows were a Breeze. Fast delivery, fast and great install. But the flooring is another thing. Our order for the wood keeps getting pushed out and out and out without even a phone call from them. The carpet has been in since March, but we can't get that installed until the woodfloor is installed. GGRRRRR wanted it done before my Mom comes in June. Five stars for the window department 2 for flooring!
The level of customer service at your store is appalling. Between the cashier being unwilling to take a $100 gift card for part of the payment on my $1,000 purchase, to the clown who asked ME to call back in 10 minutes when it was more convenient for him, I'll never shop there again. Get thee to a customer service class STAT! On a more positive note, the person that helped us load up the lawn mower for purchase, and then out to our truck, was awesome.
