Just leaving the Home Depot in Burnsville and while the employees were wonderful I am appalled at the number of customers not even pretending to wear masks. When I called to express my concern the employee was validating and kind but stated that they cannot force people to wear them. I will be bringing my business elsewhere. If you choose not to wear a mask you have other options that are not so brazen and selfish.
extremely horrible customer service about kitchen appliances. The delivery team told us false information about the return policy and now 3 days later i am still without any answer about getting the correct fridge because they wont help until they hear from the 3rd party company.. also, sales guy didn't give me the rebate discount after me asking about it multiple time. Resulting in me having to waste more time chatting with them to get my $300 back. Never shopping here again, worse customer service experience ever!

Don't get your counter tops from them. They won't return your calls if you have a problem we have used them twice and it was a nightmare both times. No one will return calls
