The worst customer service ever. my husband was hung up on after extremely rude customer service. plus they refused to give my husband his name & they went ahead & processed the phone order after they were told to cancel it for $129.70. I will be contacting corporate & maybe beyond.
Phone call. Me: "I'm looking for a replacement knob to a light. I was in there the other day and I know you guys don't carry it, but I was wondering if you had a suggestion for where else I might check?" Electrical department: "I don't think you're going to find it. We're the biggest game in town, and if we don't have it, no one will." Whoever this person is needs remedial training. Horrific customer “service”. Everything you hate about a big box store. Everybody’s too busy to care much less offer help. I’ve tried making excuses for the poor service but it just boils down to needing to take my money elsewhere.

The stomach virus going through a family of six is a bummer as it is. But when your new Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot is dysfunctional, and you are forced to wash one load 2 to 3 times at half capacity just to get it clean, it’s beyond frustrating. Shame on you Home Depot for not getting back to us on our continued complaints over the last 4 months. If you can’t stand behind the products you are selling, they should not be in your store.
