The staff in the blinds department are friendly in person, but lack transparency and clear communication. They will dodge your phone calls and lie to you about when the service will be completed. I ended up waiting a month to have my blinds installed only after having to pay them a visit because none of my calls were answered and voicemails never got returned. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time or money! Go to Lowe’s!
I was just at Home Depot at braker Lane. NO ONE sanitizing carts. NO hand sanitizer anywhere. NO ONE cleaning the wand between users at self checkout. It’s a germ factory. People were wearing masks, which is literally the least they could do. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
RecommendedIn the middle of a Pandemic claiming lives in our community, Regional Director Eric Bernall(sp) is allowing customers without masks to enter the store and shop certainly spreading what we know is a highly contagious disease to customers and staff. Two employees behind the customer service counter were not wearing masks. Two other employees I spoke with told me they wished management would not allow customers to enter without masks. Eric was and is unfazed by this highly dangerous behavior. It's all about profits. Right Eric?
The head cashier found my missing cell phone, described it perfectly to me, said she set it down in a specific spot THEN IT WENT MISSING AGAIN. The manager Tim Reedy - did not even seem concerned. The police are requesting the footage and I’m sure we will see an orange apron stealing it! I doubt any of the employees care enough to read Facebook reviews, but If you took it, here is your chance to return it and all police reports/ current lawyer consultations will be stopped.
