Consumer warning: Experiencing the worst customer service I've had in a very long time! Do not recommend purchasing a patio door via HD for install by their recommended installer (Crew 2). While the weather certainly was a factor for one attempt...the installer was rude, probably broke the door (funny how it now needs to be replaced even though it has yet to be delivered), and the latest call came a week after the promised date.
