Customer Service by Ruth today at the Eagan location was horrible! I should have gone to Lowe's.
Once you enter this place, you are on your own. Employees will simply leave you in isles making you think someone will come and help you for 10, 15, even 20 mins.

The last two times I've been in your electrical department I haven't been able to find anybody to help me. The last time I talked to a manager about it and he pretty much just rolled his eyes and gave me a phony apology. Today I had a measure and cut my own wire. How would you risk management team feel about that? maybe you should try hiring somebody besides teenagers and maybe pay them something. I'm pretty sure this is the last time I will visit your Eagan location!

I hired home depot to put in a new tile floor in my small bathroom it cost me $2,492.00 and that did not include the cost for the time and the grout. It has been a complete nightmare. When I signed the contract I was told it was a 1 day reno, not it took 3 days and I was also told I would get a $100.00 gift card now I'm being told that I didn't qualify for the gift cart.
