Had some short length boards cut today, the saw operator could not get the dimensions within 1/4 inch! What?? Is he blind? Then I had to deal with a newbie in their electrical department who had no clue as what was going. Lastly, the odds are 20-25% that they will be out of stock on the items you're looking for, maybe I'll just start billing them for my wasted time. There is no excuse for this! Seriously wish people would do their jobs. I really dont enjoy calling a store over five times to get my issue even answered on the phone. Ridiculous, unprofessional, and attitude was all I recieved.
Delivery service is horrible! Told my grandma her fridge wouldn't fit, never measured. Just looked at the door from the street. I just measured, door is 35 inches wide, fridge is 32. So disappointed.
Let me now even start about how I feel about this store lol But I most say I love the one in Sunset Vally. People actually give a shit about what you NEED.
1 star is much more than this place deserves! A remodel should be fun and full of positive anticipation as we wait for the project to be done. Thanks to Home Depot, a one day project is still not right after 2 weeks of messed up tile work and plumbing nightmares. We are still down to one working restroom and probably won't have the other one until after the new year. And that is the small part of the remodel. The rest of the flooring won't happen for 2 weeks! Ugh! #homedepotfails
