Awful customer experience post-sale. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR CONTRACT WORK. We bought a front door and had it installed by a Home Depot contractor. We are now in the process of selling our home, and it turns out they never closed our permits out with the city. HD told us to reach out to the contractor - but he is no longer working in Austin. HD is now telling us that they won't do anything to help us and now we have to pay $250 with the city to close the permit out ourselves. I think it's important to share that Home Depot's LifeProof carpet which was heavily touted in store because of its stain resistant properties and warranty is not stain proof against pet stains. These pictures are of a pet accident that occurred less than a month after I received my new carpet. Within 10 minutes of the occurrence, I tried cleaning this up with both a hand held and full size carpet cleaner, multiple times.
