Having a horrible time getting service to come back and stack my new LG washer and dryer which were delivered on different days. Getting such ridiculous responses on why they can’t do this. I have called so many different phone numbers and been transferred and dropped. As a senior citizen and currently recovering from surgery, this is a major inconvenience. I was a very happy HD customer until now. Take your business elsewhere.
Too long of a wait to get loaded need more than one forklift driver for pro customers. Train more associates to operate forklifts and lifts
Delivering broken products and horrible customer service. Fridge has a hole in the side and every corner is smashed in.
My past experiences with this store have always been positive. However, I recently had a terrible experience with Ricardo, the store manager, that I hope corporate is made aware of. We went to pick up a curbside order on April 28th. We waited almost 2 hours to get the order as it was incorrect multiple times when brought to the vehicle. RecommendedToday I needed help getting lumber cut for a charity project....several cuts. This young man was so pleasant and patient and accurate that I felt I wanted to pay him personally but he insisted not to accept it. Then after he had given me such great customer service, he tells me today was his first day. So OMG thanks a million, JONATHAN!!

Home Depot is the worst. We ordered a dishwasher 3 weeks ago. They came a week and a half ago to install it but they forgot to bring the installation kit! Today they returned with the installation kit but had no dishwasher. Really terrible customer service!! Never buying anything here ever again!!
If any Home Depot is selling plants that will kill be then something is wrong. You can put a warning label on the plant, but bees can't read.
