I Ben there to find what I need and if I can't I ask some one that is there plus I go there to pick out my plants for the spring and summer as well
Worst retail experience. Judy the asst manager was just plain nasty. Appliance was not delivered & she said there was nothing she could do just go ahead and cancel. So we did. Never again.
Weekend employees need to get off their cellphones and help customers. Better management and better training could help, but this new generation is slow to learn and quite frankly, very lazy. As a contractor, I avoid your location at all costs on the weekend.
I always have to wait an excessive amount of time for someone to help me. That being said, when I do get help, the employees are experienced, personable, and very nice. I especially recommend Joe in Plumbing!
