Always a circle jerk...their system never works when placing a big delivery order. Maybe 2 staff members actually know something about the products. Very frustrating. It seems to get worse every visit.

My experience here has driven the final nail in the coffin for shopping at The Home Depot ever again. I plan to be extremely vocal on many platforms about my experience today. I was sent to this location by a nearby location because the snow blower I purchased there was damaged. At that location the entire process was fine.
