I was told over the phone that they had seven 3/32 inch quick links left in stock. I drove 25 miles to home depot to get them so I can use them today rather than wait for them to come by mail. When I arrived I found out that not only do they not have them, but they don't even carry them. All customer service did was apologize. Other, much better, companies will get my business from now on.
Paid for a brand new fridge last week to be delivered today. The delivery company Home Depot contracted with failed to deliver it today. The delivery company blamed Home Depot. Home Depot's answer was to either make US come to the store and pick up a "loaner fridge" or to just cancel the order. Please explain to me why that is the appropriate customer service response? Totally the best. Shopped all day and ended up here tonight. Great appliance staff and got me my dream fridge with price match. Going back for my stove soon!
