Anyone trying to pick up building supplies should AVOID The Home Depot The Home Depot (390 Thf Boulevard, Chesterfield, MO) In this stressful time for EVERYONE, they are carelessly and unnecessarily exposing their employees and customers. 1) employee refused to set prepaid lumber outside for pickup. Absolutely the worst place to purchase from ever! I purchased a dishwasher and the first AND second delivery were damaged! The third was not installed on the agreed on delivery date because it was "lost". When finally installed, it was incorrect! The installers hooked it up to the old lines and it leaked all over! I have spoken to Jeremy, Wendy, Ruby, Bonnie, and Robert at this location and no one cares at all! I will NEVER purchase anything again from Home Depot!
